Apparantly, in the Year of the Rat we can expect 12 months of plentiful opportunities and prospects which, as a bonus, will be relatively free of turbulence, providing meet the criteria set out by the UN and not upset Mother Earth. So unless you are an oil-driller, miner or anyone else of natural-resource acquisition, you should be OK!
